Banoffee Pie

Ingredients:
Serves 6 | 1 hour cook | Approx 2,501 calories and 416 calories per serve

2-3 bananas sliced thinly
1 can Dulche de Leche
1 pack of Digestive biscuits
150 grams of butter
2 regular tubs of double cream ( in case one isn’t enough)
Bar of twirl or flake for crumbling over
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare
Grease your cake tin with butter and set aside, preheat the oven to 180 degrees
Step 2: Make the crumb
Blend the biscuits in a blender to make a crumb
Microwave the butter and add the crumb and mix
Add the crumb mixture to the greased tin and flatten down with a fork
Step 3: Put the crumb mix in the oven
Cook for 10 mins until lightly brown, and take out of the oven and cool. Leave in the tin.
Step 4: Assemble the pie
Once cool add your Dulche de Leche (whisk in a bowl to loosen it first if needed) and start spreading over the biscuit base.
Once done add your sliced bananas
Add your double cream on top of your bananas
Sprinkle your flaked chocolate!!
