15 Minute Simple Hotdog (inspired by my visit to Brugges)

Hotdog pre-sauce
Ingredients:
Serves 1 | 15 mins cook | Approx 566 calories
1 Hotdog roll
1 Sausage
1/4 raw onion chopped
Burger pickles - this is the inspiration I got from Brugges
Mustard & Tomatoes ketchup (sauces of your choice)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare
Take the sausage out for 15 minutes to bring to room temperature
Cut your hotdog bun down the centre, butter and set aside
Get your BBQ, Grill, or Fry pan oil, use a little oil on a high heat
Finely chop 1/4 onion and set aside
Get your sauces and pickles out ready
Step 2: Cook
Cook your sausage and make sure your pan is hot enough to get the sizzle
Step 3: Assemble
Layer your sausage in your bread bun
Then sprinkle the onion
Layer the pickles
Top off with your sauces and enjoy!
