15 Minute Simple Hotdog (inspired by my visit to Brugges)

Hotdog pre-sauce

Ingredients:

Serves 1 | 15 mins cook | Approx 566 calories

  • 1 Hotdog roll

  • 1 Sausage

  • 1/4 raw onion chopped

  • Burger pickles - this is the inspiration I got from Brugges

  • Mustard & Tomatoes ketchup (sauces of your choice)

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare

  • Take the sausage out for 15 minutes to bring to room temperature 

  • Cut your hotdog bun down the centre, butter and set aside

  • Get your BBQ, Grill, or Fry pan oil, use a little oil on a high heat 

  • Finely chop 1/4 onion and set aside

  • Get your sauces and pickles out ready

Step 2: Cook 

  • Cook your sausage and make sure your pan is hot enough to get the sizzle

Step 3: Assemble 

  • Layer your sausage in your bread bun

  • Then sprinkle the onion 

  • Layer the pickles

  • Top off with your sauces and enjoy!
