Easy Raspberry Chia Pots

Ingredients:

Serves 2 | 10 minute prep | Approx 932 calories

  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries

  • 3/4 cup Oat milk (milk of your choice)

  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds

  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup

  • Protein powder optional

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare and chill

  • Blend your frozen raspberries, milk, syrup and protein powder (1 Tbsp).

  • Add mixture to a glass and mix in your chia seeds and stir well.

  • Pour into glasses & leave for a few hours / overnight in fridge.

Step 2: Serve

  • Serve with your favourite toppings. I am using, gut seeds, coconut flakes and fresh raspberries.
