Lamb Tray Bake
A simple home made delight that is less intensive than a lamb roast and uses less pots and pans!
Ingredients:
Serves 2-3 | 45 minute cook | Approx 515 calories and 171 calories per serve based on 2 lamb cutlets
1 Pack of lamb cutlets (leave out the fridge for 15 mins prior)
2-3 cloves of garlic
1-2 large carrots
1 Large Zuchinni
1 large potato
Fresh thyme, oil, salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Step 1: Prepare the veg
Chop the veg an even size and put all the ingredients in the tray.
Mix with the Thyme, oil, salt and pepper.
Step 2: Prepare the meat
Season the meat, and mix in the oil, hers and add to the tray.
Step 3. Cook and serve!
Pop the one tray in the oven (turning down to 180 degrees) for approximately 35 minutes.
Add more oil if required and turn the cutlets at the 20 minute mark.
Once cooked to your liking, serve and enjoy. Optional - serve with some natural yoghurt on the side and mint sauce!
