If you’re a fan of salty, crunchy, and chewy treats, you’re going to adore these Pretzel Clusters.

Ingredients:

Serves 3 | 10 minute cook | Approx 752 calories

  • 1 pack of salted pretzels(50g)

  • 3-4 handfuls of raisins or craisins

  • 300g Cadburys milk baking chocolate (any form)

Ingredients:

Step 1: Prepare

  • Start by chopping your salted pretzels into small pieces. You want them to be bite-sized but not too fine.

  • Measure out a handful of craisins or raisins. You can use more or less depending on your preference.

Step 2: Melt the chocolate

  • Melt the Cadbury’s baking chocolate according to the package instructions. You can use a microwave or a double boiler for this. If using a microwave, heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until fully melted and smooth.

Step 3: Mix the ingredients

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped salted pretzels and the craisins or raisins.

  • Pour the melted chocolate over the pretzel and fruit mixture. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly coated in chocolate.

Step 4: Form the clusters

  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Spoon small clusters of the chocolate mixture onto the tray. Make them as big or small as you like, but aim for about a tablespoon per cluster for the perfect bite-sized treat.

Step 5: Chill to set
