Mince Taco Lunch Bowl in 15 minutes

Ingredients:

Serves 1: (there will be leftover mince to use the next day) | 15 mins cook | Approx 417 calories

  • 1 Packet of lean beef mince

  • 1 Taco seasoning of your choice

  • 1/2 Punnet cherry tomatoes

  • Lettuce

  • 1/2 Red onion

  • Microwave rice (I am using a mexican style one)

  • Cucumber

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare your salad

  • Chop the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, Avocado into whatever size you desire and set aside

Step 2: Fry the mince

  • Add your taco seasoning and fry

Step 3: Microwave your rice

Step 4: Serve

Layer with your rice, salad, mince and enjoy
