Roasted Peaches with Greek Yoghurt & Biscoff Crumb (Easy Midweek Dessert)

Ingredients:

Serves 1 | 5 min prep & assemble time | Peach roasting time 15 minutes | Approx 435 calories

  • 1-2 peaches sliced (depending on stone)

  • 1 Pot of Yoghurt - I am using an individual serve of Greek Chobani

  • 2 Biscoff biscuits

For the peach roasting marinade:

  • Maple syrup (as much or little as you want)

  • 1 TSBP Cinnamon

  • 1/4 lemon squeezed

Instructions:

Step 1: Roast the peaches

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

  • Mix the maple syrup with the cinammon and lemon in a bowl

  • Place the peaches on a baking tray and then pour the sweet sauce over them

  • Roast for approx 15-20 minutes until soft

Step 2: Assemble the dessert

  • Once the peaches have roasted serve with the yoghurt

  • Crumble the Biscoff biscuit over the top for texture and enjoy
