Simple Beetroot and Walnut Salad

Ingredients:

Serves 4

• 1 bag of prewashed rocket

• 1/2 cup of Walnuts

• 1 Tin of Beetroot

• Balsamic Glaze

• Salt and Pepper

Instructions:

• Step 1: Assemble the salad

• In a bowl add your rocket, add salt and pepper

• Chop your beetroot finely and add on top of the rocket

• Toast walnuts and crush over the top

• Balsamic Glaze drizzled over

• Mix and serve
