Summer Blueberry and Vanilla Tart
Ingredients:
Serves 3 | 3 mins prep | Approx 298 calories
Store bought short crust pastry tart
1 pouch of vanilla bean yoghurt (I’m using YoPro)
1 punnet fresh blueberries
Drizzle of honey / or maple syrup an option
Instructions:
Step 1: Get the ingredients out
Take the pastry cases out of the packaging
Wash your blueberries and pat dry
Step 2: Assemble
Squeeze the yoghurt into the pastry case
Place the blueberries on top
Drizzle with honey
