Roasted Asparagus Prosciutto

Ingredients:
Serves 5 based on 2 per serve | 15 minute cook | Approx 202 calories for 10 Asparaguses
Balsamic glaze for dressing
1 bunch of asparagus
2 packets of prosciutto
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat the oven
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.
Line a baking tray with baking paper or foil.
Step 2: Prepare the asparagus
Wash the asparagus and pat dry.
Chop 1cm off the end (to freshen them up).
Step 3: Wrap and bake
Wrap each asparagus stem with the prosciutto (doesn’t matter if it tears just do it whatever way and have fun with it).
Place on the baking tray.
Sprinkle pepper and tiny bit of salt over them and drizzle oil.
Put them in the oven for approx 20 mins (check them at 10 min mark and turn them over until crispy.
Leave to cool for 2 mins and drizzle balsamic glaze over to finish the dish off.
