Roasted Asparagus Prosciutto

Ingredients:

Serves 5 based on 2 per serve | 15 minute cook | Approx 202 calories for 10 Asparaguses

  • Balsamic glaze for dressing

  • 1 bunch of asparagus

  • 2 packets of prosciutto

  • Salt and pepper

  • Olive oil

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat the oven

  • Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

  • Line a baking tray with baking paper or foil.

Step 2: Prepare the asparagus

  • Wash the asparagus and pat dry.

  • Chop 1cm off the end (to freshen them up).

Step 3: Wrap and bake

  • Wrap each asparagus stem with the prosciutto (doesn’t matter if it tears just do it whatever way and have fun with it).

  • Place on the baking tray.

  • Sprinkle pepper and tiny bit of salt over them and drizzle oil.

  • Put them in the oven for approx 20 mins (check them at 10 min mark and turn them over until crispy.

  • Leave to cool for 2 mins and drizzle balsamic glaze over to finish the dish off.
