Burger with a twist
Assembled burger
Dijon mustard coated burger

Ingredients:

Beef burger
Salt and pepper
Bread bun of your choice
2 Lettuce leaves (I’m using cos)
1/4 Onion
Burger pickles
Cheese slice
Condiments - Burger sauce & Tomato sauce
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare your ingredients
Cut your bun in half and butter
Pick a couple of lettuce leaves
Finely chop the onion
Get the condiments ready
Take the burger out and season with salt and pepper
Step 2: Prepare the burger
Put a frying pan or BBQ on a medium heat with some oil
The burger should sizzle when it goes in the pan
After 2 minutes turn the burger over and brush the cooked side with Dijon mustard and flip over
Coat the other side with Dijon mustard and fry for a couple of minutes
Add the cheese slice on to melt (put a lid on the pan to help if needed) and turn the heat off
Step 3: Assemble
Squeeze burger sauce on the bottom of the bap
Then add lettuce leaves, burger, chopped onion, burger pickles and either more burger sauce or a sauce of your choice.
Add your bun and enjoy.
