Easy 5-Minute Avocado Dip

Ingredients:

5 mins prep| 2 mins assemble | Approx 736 calories | Serves 4

  • 1 Block of Fetta

  • 1 Avocado

  • 1 Lime (can use a lemon as an alternative)

  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • Chilli flakes optional

  • Small handful of Coriander

  • Pine nuts - for garnishing and to provide some texture (optional)

Top tip

  • If the dip needs further loosening after blending, you can add more lime, or a few tbsp. of light sour cream or Yoghurt to thin it out

  • The dip will keep up to 3 days in fridge / keep it covered with cling wrap to stop the air getting in and discolouring.

Additional Avocado recipe idea:

  • You can whizz up Avocado, Fetta, 1 Chilli, 2 lemon juices squeezed and that will change the flavour profile and add a nice depth of heat for your snacking.

Instructions:

Step 1: Get ready to blend

  • Get your blender or Nutri bullet

  • Add in the blender all the ingredients, Avocado, lime juice, coriander, chilli flakes, salt and pepper, Fetta

Step 2: Blend and serve

  • Blend the ingredients

  • Check the consistency for dipping, if you need to loosen it up follow my top tip above.

  • Optional - toast some pine nuts for sprinkling and dip away - this makes a great snack through the week and is also perfect for entertaining
