Caramelised Banana Split
Ingredients:
Serves 1 | 10 minute cook | Approx 461 calories
1 banana
1 Tsbp of cinnamon
Honey
Greek Yoghurt
Crunchy Granola
1 Tsbp Chia seeds
Frozen or fresh berries of your choice
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare your banana
Peel and cut your banana in half lengthways.
Step 2: Cook your banana
Heat your fryng pan on a medium heat and add a knob of butter to the pan.
Once heated put your bananas in, fry gently for 1-2 mins.
Sprinkle cinnamon and drizzle honey on the bananas while frying.
Then turn the banana on over and fry the other side.
After 1-2 minutes turn the pan off.
Step 3: Assemble the ingredients
On a plate put your Greek Yoghurt.
Add your cooked banana.
Add your Granola.
Sprinkle over Chia seeds.
Add your fresh berries.
Drizzling more honey is optional.
Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
