Caramelised Banana Split

Ingredients:

Serves 1 | 10 minute cook | Approx 461 calories

  • 1 banana

  • 1 Tsbp of cinnamon

  • Honey

  • Greek Yoghurt

  • Crunchy Granola

  • 1 Tsbp Chia seeds

  • Frozen or fresh berries of your choice

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare your banana

  • Peel and cut your banana in half lengthways.

Step 2: Cook your banana

  • Heat your fryng pan on a medium heat and add a knob of butter to the pan.

  • Once heated put your bananas in, fry gently for 1-2 mins.

  • Sprinkle cinnamon and drizzle honey on the bananas while frying.

  • Then turn the banana on over and fry the other side.

  • After 1-2 minutes turn the pan off.

Step 3: Assemble the ingredients

  • On a plate put your Greek Yoghurt.

  • Add your cooked banana.

  • Add your Granola.

  • Sprinkle over Chia seeds.

  • Add your fresh berries.

  • Drizzling more honey is optional.

Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
