Mushroom, Avo and Basil on Toast (V)

Ingredients

Serves 1 | 10 minutes cook | Approx 175 calories

  • 2 - 3 Mushrooms

  • 1/2 Avocado

  • 1/2 Lime, salt and pepper

  • Basil leaves

  • 1 Slice of Sourdough (or bread you prefer)

Instructions:

Step 1: Fry your mushrooms

  • Slice your mushrooms and fry in a pan

  • Add salt and pepper

Step 2: Toast and prepare

  • Toast your sourdough

  • Mash your avocado with lime, salt and pepper in a bowl

  • Spread the avo mix on your toast

  • Add the mushrooms and sprinkle with basil
