No Bake Tim Tam Cheesecake (3 Ingredients)

3 ingredients

Crushed biscuits

Pressed with melted butter

Yoghurt added on top

Ingredients:

Serves 4 | 5 mins prep | Approx 290 calories per serve

  • 1 Packet of Tim Tams (I am using sweet and salty)

  • 1 Pouch of Greek yoghurt

  • 30g Melted butter

  • Baking tin, I am using a mini 10cm by 10cm one

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the biscuits

  • Crush all of the biscuits (apart from 2 which you leave whole and set aside for later) into a bowl (you can put the biscuits in cling wrap or a sandwich bag and crush with a rolling pin before pouring into a bowl

  • Melt the butter in the microwave

  • Mix into the biscuits and put into a baking tin and press into base mixture

Step 2: Freeze

  • Put in the freezer for 7-10 minutes to firm up

Step 3: Assemble the yoghurt

  • Take the Tim Tam base out of the freezer and squeeze the yoghurt over the top and use the back of a spoon to smooth and even out

Step 4: Finish the topping

  • Break the 2 Tim Tams into smaller chunks using your hands (does not need to be perfect), and pop on top.

  • You can put in the freezer for another 10 mins prior to slicing if you want it a bit firmer. Will keep in the fridge for a few days as well.
