No Bake Tim Tam Cheesecake (3 Ingredients)
3 ingredients
Crushed biscuits
Pressed with melted butter
Yoghurt added on top

Ingredients:
Serves 4 | 5 mins prep | Approx 290 calories per serve
1 Packet of Tim Tams (I am using sweet and salty)
1 Pouch of Greek yoghurt
30g Melted butter
Baking tin, I am using a mini 10cm by 10cm one
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the biscuits
Crush all of the biscuits (apart from 2 which you leave whole and set aside for later) into a bowl (you can put the biscuits in cling wrap or a sandwich bag and crush with a rolling pin before pouring into a bowl
Melt the butter in the microwave
Mix into the biscuits and put into a baking tin and press into base mixture
Step 2: Freeze
Put in the freezer for 7-10 minutes to firm up
Step 3: Assemble the yoghurt
Take the Tim Tam base out of the freezer and squeeze the yoghurt over the top and use the back of a spoon to smooth and even out
Step 4: Finish the topping
Break the 2 Tim Tams into smaller chunks using your hands (does not need to be perfect), and pop on top.
You can put in the freezer for another 10 mins prior to slicing if you want it a bit firmer. Will keep in the fridge for a few days as well.
