Simple Tuna & Corn Stuffed Pittas
Ingredients:
Serves 1 | 7 minute cook | Approx 637 calories
1 Pitta
1 tin of tuna
1 tin of corn
Lettuce
Mayonnaise
Siracha sauce - optional
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the mixture
Drain the corn and tuna and put in a bowl
Add the mayonnaise (can swap for Greek yoghurt), Siracha sauce, salt and pepper and set aside
Step 2: Pitta bread & assemble
Cut your pitta bread pocket in half, can toast as optional
Stuff your pitta bread with the washed and chopped lettuce leaves
Add your tuna and corn mixture - enjoy
