Simple Tuna & Corn Stuffed Pittas

Ingredients:


Serves 1 | 7 minute cook | Approx 637 calories

  • 1 Pitta

  • 1 tin of tuna

  • 1 tin of corn

  • Lettuce

  • Mayonnaise

  • Siracha sauce - optional

  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the mixture

  • Drain the corn and tuna and put in a bowl

  • Add the mayonnaise (can swap for Greek yoghurt), Siracha sauce, salt and pepper and set aside

Step 2: Pitta bread & assemble

  • Cut your pitta bread pocket in half, can toast as optional

  • Stuff your pitta bread with the washed and chopped lettuce leaves

  • Add your tuna and corn mixture - enjoy
